For Swarovski Crystal’s new direct selling division, she attracted 155 new sales people who generated $479,767 in in-home sales in their first year of business. She achieved the top-ranked sales awards in 4 of 5 categories.

Kim is now using her persuasive talents and sales experience combined with advanced coaching training to help executives and team leaders achieve extraordinary levels of persuasive accomplishment and inner satisfaction.

Kim lives in East Longmeadow, MA, with her husband Armand. She has two grown sons.
