Is Coaching for You

Perhaps you recognize yourself in these situations. Do you-

  • Act in opposition to your best intentions
  • Get to a certain level and stall out
  • Procrastinate even when it’s something you desire
  • Lose focus at critical moments
  • Lack motivation no matter how important the task
  • Feel burned out by the whole idea of change
  • Doubt yourself and your abilities
  • Let conflict, anxiety or stage fright stop you
  • Drive away the very people you most need

If any of these situations seem familiar, then here’s a truth from the Clear Vision Coach:

These are ‘self-sabotaging’ behaviors. There’s a reason this negative voice exists, it can be changed and, as a Coach, I know how to help you manage this negative voice.

If you’re thinking, ‘yeah, yeah, I’ve heard all this before,’ you probably have. You’ve probably tried affirmations, listened to motivational tapes, even meditation! I know that I tried a number of roads to success---some helped, some didn’t--- before I found the one that was right for me.

And what kept me going in spite of the roadblocks was a hunger for more, a desire to be better and an inner drive that wouldn’t quit.

So when I began to dig in, one of the first things I had to learn was how to conquer self-sabotage by recognizing and naming my ‘Saboteur’, the voice inside who had taken over the driver’s seat and was running my life.

This became the first stop on my roadmap. So before going any further:

KIM’S RULE NUMBER ONE   Meet your Saboteur
Why? Because the Saboteur holds the key to your success. The Saboteur’s tactics are meant to keep you safe from the pain of past failures, traumas, and punishment. But these tactics are skewed, because they’re oriented to the past, and make you live as though you’re driving your car from the rear-view mirror.

Since the saboteur’s real goal is to help you, we can teach it how to face forward and work with you instead of against you.

I know that when you face your future with a strong, clear, stay-on-track vision, free of interference, you’ll feel a burst of energy, enthusiasm and confidence.

(and kick the Saboteur out of the driver’s seat)!
