What I do as a highly successful sales expert and achievement coach is offer straightforward, no-nonsense Clear Vision coaching sessions. 

So that you peel away the stories that keep you from achieving your potential, so that you take responsibility for who you are and tell the truth to yourself and your employees, so that you can be who you are and feel recharged and motivated.

Private Coaching and Consulting
These are some of the steps in the Clear Vision Coaching process.

  • Learning about you and your business model.
  • Evaluating where you are on the “wheel” of achievement.
  • Agreeing on your goals and the strategies for meeting them.
  • Discovering your values
  • Meeting your saboteur
  • Resolving your conflict
  • Challenging the past and facing the future
  • Celebrating every achievement

STRUCTURE  Private coaching takes place over a six month period. Usually we meet by phone or in person every week for the first month, and then twice a month with unlimited email conversations. You will have customized exercises or assignments to complete for each session. This agreement can be extended in three month increments.

Team Coaching and Sales Development
Since teams are made up of individuals, team coaching begins with individual private meetings with each person. Teams usually function poorly because members don’t trust each other with their personal truth, and don’t know how to communicate for results. So my first job is to establish trust and the confidence that group discussions will be safe and confidential. 

Then, we customize coaching exercises and assignments designed to move the group from trust to action to motivation, and enhanced performance outcomes.

For larger groups of 20 or more, I may invite other experienced coaches to assist.

STRUCTURE
After the one-on-one interviews, we determine the goals for the group. These are usually accomplished in a block of 3-hour sessions, held over time.
